PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Intercultural Co-Teaching Handbook

This handbook was developed to facilitate enhanced collaboration between the International School of Myanmar's local teachers and overseas teachers. In the creation of the resource, I pulled from best practices in the fields of education, intercultural â€‹communication, and staff management. It served as one of my culminating practicum deliverable projects for my M.A. in International Education Management.

Music Teaching Internship Program

Working with colleagues at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, I helped develop a partnership program between Performing Arts Abroad and The Kathmandu Jazz Conservatory in Nepal. The development of the program included a comprehensive needs assessment, program logic model,  literature review, and the revision of existing assessment tools. This project served as the final submission for a Design and Assessment course required for my M.A.

Marketing and Recruitment Plan

As a component of my M.A. coursework, I worked with a team of my peers to develop a comprehensive marketing and recruitment plan for a short-term study abroad program in the Sacred Valley of Peru. The project required a thorough needs assessment, competitor analysis, market segmentation, marketing strategies, and recruitment funnel. Our partner organization, The Andean Alliance for Sustainable Development, has since implemented our recommendations.
